Christkindlmarkt Coolidge Park Chattanooga

We were booking events in Nashville for markets for the months of November and December, when we began to wonder if there were any good markets in small cities and towns outside of Nashville. After joining different vendor Facebook groups for the southeast, I was able to find a Christkindlmarkt planned for November 22nd and 23rd in Chattanooga. 

We applied and were accepted right away. We made our way down to Chattanooga, Tennessee, and found our spot to set up on the grassy square. Adorned with a big, beautiful Christmas tree, the green was a perfect place for a German Christmas Market by the river. We explored the area before setting up shop, and we got to see the HUGE pirate ships docked right by the festival underneath the pier. 

Shop the Market At was hosting the German style Christmas festival. At this Christkindlmarkt, we unveiled our Still Waters Headache Relief Roller Oil for the first time. This was also the first market we shared that we are donating a portion of our proceeds to veterans that suffer from PTSD, and we wish to honor their service. We met many veterans selling and shopping, which enabled us to offer our Lion's Mane Tincture, free or discounted, to assist them in their healing journey.

We met so many lovely artists and community members in or near Chattanooga. We also met SO many cute doggies, it felt like a dog show. Before the second day of the market began, we took a walk by the water. During the walk, a beautiful border collie playing catch with their owner, invited me to join them playing with their frisbee. 

We were complimented many times about the design of our tent and new lighting. We made some great connections, and we were inspired to do things outside our comfort zones. While in Chattanooga, we were able to share the gospel and joy of Jesus, be of service to this gorgeous southern town, collaborate with a few other vendors, support local, delicious restaurants, and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend market away.
