Instructions :

At first sign of sickness, illness, sneezing, wheezing, or any sort of lung irritation, take 2-3 drops directly under your tongue. Let drops sit under tongue for at least 3-5 seconds before swallowing. This will ensure the full potency of the Mullein Tincture is absorbed into the blood flow.

Mullein is a spectacular wild herb that grows wild here in the Pocono Mountains. These special herbs live in two year cycles, the first year they are little fuzzy babies that should not be harvested, and the second year they sprout up tall; that’s when their leaves and roots are best for harvest. Once these leaves and roots are harvested, we wash them and put them in jars and fill them with 100 proof organic cane alcohol. This alcohol extracts the oil from the leaves, every so often we shake and turn the jars. Within a year it becomes a potent tincture, making this a three year process to bottle this incredible healing herbal medicine.

I recently purchased several bottles for myself and my mother who is 96. We both have always had terrible allergies, especially myself. I have always had to take some type of sinus med and double up during the heavy allergy seasons.
