Lavender

It is used in aromatherapy, dietary supplements, and topical applications for conditions like headaches, skin issues, and minor pain.

Lemon Verbena

Lemon Verbena has various medicinal properties, notably anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects attributed to compounds like verbascoside. It's used in traditional and modern practices to soothe digestive issues like cramps and indigestion, alleviate anxiety and insomnia with its calming aroma and sedative qualities, reduce joint and muscle pain, and support the body by acting as an antioxidant against cellular damage. 

Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm has a wide range of therapeutic benefits, most notably its calming and stress-reducing effects, used to alleviate anxiety and insomnia. It possesses antiviral properties, helping with cold sores, and supports digestive health by relieving gas and bloating. Additionally, it has potential uses in supporting heart health, boosting the immune system, and easing menstrual discomfort

Chamomile

Chamomile offers an abundance of healing properties, with its active compounds like apigenin and volatile oils supporting skin health, aiding digestion, and potentially promoting sleep and relaxation. It also exhibits anticancer properties in animal studies and has traditional uses for supporting liver health, improving oral hygiene, and protecting eye health from infections
